January 6, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70119 In Friday's non-league outing, the Western Kentucky HomeSchool Trailblazers (Bowling Green, KY) basketball team thwarted the host St. Augustine Purple Knights (New Orleans, LA), by a score of 70-54.
The Trailblazers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellspring HomeSchool for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Western Kentucky HomeSchool will battle a Guardians team coming off a 60-41 non-league loss to Berea (Berea, KY). The Guardians record now stands at 4-17.
The Purple Knights (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Patriots come into the 5A District 9 contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, John Curtis Christian was defeated by Olympia (Orlando, FL), 65-45, in a non-league contest.
