Central Trail Blazers (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Davis Aerospace Tech Aviators (Detroit, MI), 45-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Trail Blazers travel to University Prep Art & Design (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Aviators clash with the Academy of the Americas (Detroit, MI) in a Detroit Public II bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Davis Aerospace Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
