Ohio High School Basketball - Strasburg-Franklin overwhelms Claymont
January 6, 2023: Strasburg, OH 44680 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Strasburg-Franklin Tigers (Strasburg, OH) and the visiting Claymont Mustangs (Uhrichsville, OH), saw Strasburg-Franklin's basketball squad wallop Claymont by a tally of 50-29.
With the victory, Strasburg-Franklin improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Canton South (Canton, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Canton South lost 66-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Triway (Wooster, OH)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Carrollton Warriors (Carrollton, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Claymont will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 39-34 league win over West Branch (Beloit, OH).
