Dundee Vikings (Dundee, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jefferson Bears (Monroe, MI), 66-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dundee upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Vikings host Hudson (Hudson, MI) to play the Tigers in a Lenawee County bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Hudson lost 55-41 in their recent league bout against Clinton (Clinton, MI)

Next up, the Bears play the Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) in a Huron bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 48-35 non-league win over Cabrini (Allen Park, MI).
