Indiana High School Basketball - North Daviess overwhelms Eastern Greene
January 6, 2023: Elnora, IN 47529 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) and the visiting Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN), saw North Daviess's basketball squad wallop Eastern Greene by a tally of 60-27.
With the victory, North Daviess improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Washington (Washington, IN) to confront the Hatchets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Hatchets come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Washington won 68-25 in their recent non-league challenge against North Knox (Bicknell, IN)
Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Orleans Bulldogs (Orleans, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Eastern Greene will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 43-37 non-league win over Salem (Salem, IN).
