Missouri High School Basketball - Harrisonville nips Knob Noster

January 6, 2023: Harrisonville, MO 64701

Harrisonville Wildcats (Harrisonville, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Knob Noster Panthers (Knob Noster, MO), 58-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Harrisonville upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Butler (Butler, MO) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Panthers play the Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO) in a Missouri River Valley - East bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Knob Noster will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Huskers come into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 74-42 non-league win over Wellington-Napoleon (Wellington, MO).
