Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lower Moreland nudges Hatboro-Horsham
January 6, 2023: Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 Lower Moreland Lions (Huntingdon Valley, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Hatboro-Horsham Hatters (Horsham, PA), 45-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Lower Moreland upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA) to clash with the Colonials in a Suburban One - American bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Colonials go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Plymouth Whitemarsh won 77-19 in their recent league bout against New Hope-Solebury (New Hope, PA)
Next up, the Hatters clash with the Springfield Township Spartans (Erdenheim, PA) in a Suburban One - American challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Hatboro-Horsham will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 56-42 non-league win over Science Leadership Academy (Philadelphia, PA).
