Michigan High School Basketball - Parkway Christian crushes Huron Valley Lutheran
January 6, 2023: Sterling Heights, MI 48312 Parkway Christian Eagles (Sterling Heights, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Huron Valley Lutheran Hawks (Westland, MI), 66-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Parkway Christian upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI) to play the Eagles in a Michigan Independent - Blue bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-2.
Next up, the Hawks play the Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy Sentinels (Brighton, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Huron Valley Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Sentinels go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 71-42 non-league win over Rudolf Steiner (Ann Arbor, MI).
