Kentucky High School Basketball - Scott overwhelms Pendleton County
January 6, 2023: Covington, KY 41015 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) and the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), saw Scott's basketball squad wallop Pendleton County by a tally of 78-36.
With the victory, Scott improves its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Eagles host Holmes (Covington, KY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-11. Holmes lost 79-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Lloyd Memorial (Erlanger, KY)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Pendleton County will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 60-49 non-league win over Paintsville (Paintsville, KY).
