California High School Basketball - Pleasant Valley overwhelms Lassen
January 6, 2023: Susanville, CA 96130 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) and the host Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA), saw Pleasant Valley's basketball squad wallop Lassen by a tally of 72-46.
With the victory, Pleasant Valley improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Red Bluff lost 42-32 in their recent league challenge against Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA)
Next up, the Grizzlies confront the Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Lassen will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 66-56 league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA).
