The Somerset Academy - Canyons Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Benjamin Buccaneers to 53 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Boca Raton for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Somerset Academy - Canyons will battle a Bulls team coming off a 59-26 non-league loss to Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 6-11.
