North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions trounced by Central Carolina Prep

January 6, 2023: Burlington, NC 27217

The Central Carolina Prep Defenders routed the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions basketball team by a final score of 52-23 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Defenders face the Bradford Academy Archers (Mebane, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 10. Central Carolina Prep will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record.

With the defeat, Greater Cabarrus Stallions moves to 9-7 on the year. The Stallions travel to South Guilford HomeSchool (High Point, NC) to face the Cougars in a North Carolina Home Education - West game on Thursday, January 12. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 5-6. South Guilford HomeSchool won 34-30 in their recent non-league game against Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC)
