Louisiana High School Basketball - River Oaks topples Delhi Charter
January 6, 2023: Monroe, LA 71203 In Friday's non-league outing, the River Oaks Mustangs (Monroe, LA) basketball squad beat the visiting Delhi Charter Gators (Delhi, LA), by a count of 50-40.
The Mustangs (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against St. Frederick (Monroe, LA). The Warriors go into the 1A District 2 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, St. Frederick was topped by Caldwell Parish (Columbia, LA), 39-24, in a non-league outing.
The Gators now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Delta Charter for a 1A District 4 outing on Tuesday, January 10.
