Tennessee High School Basketball - First Assembly Christian fells Lausanne Collegiate

First Assembly Christian Crusaders (Cordova, TN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lausanne Collegiate Lynx (Memphis, TN), 61-49 in a league bout.

With the win, First Assembly Christian upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Crusaders host Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN) to play the Eagles in a Division II-A West District 6 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Evangelical Christian won 43-31 in their recent league bout against St. George's (Collierville, TN)

Next up, the Lynx play the Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) in a Division II-A West District 6 bout, on Friday, January 13. Lausanne Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
