Alabama High School Basketball - Linden holds off Hatch
January 6, 2023: Linden, AL 36748 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Linden Patriots (Linden, AL) and the visiting Hatch Bobcats (Uniontown, AL), saw Linden's basketball squad hold off Hatch by a tally of 31-29.
With the victory, Linden improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to University Charter (Livingston, AL) to confront the Trail Blazers in a 1A Area 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Trail Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. University Charter won 50-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Keith Bears (Orrville, AL) in a 1A Area 6 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Hatch will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
