The Griffins now possess a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cornerstone Charter Academy for a 3A District 6 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Lake Mary Prep will battle a Ducks team coming off a 42-25 non-league win over Crooms Academy (Sanford, FL). The Ducks record now stands at 5-6.
The Comets (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Crooms Academy (Sanford, FL). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Crooms Academy trounced Halifax Academy (Daytona Beach, FL), 35-23, in a non-league battle.
