Michigan High School Basketball - Midland nudges Linden
January 6, 2023: Linden, MI 48451 In Friday's non-league outing, the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) basketball squad edged the host Linden Eagles (Linden, MI), by a margin of 44-37.
The Chemics (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI). The Cavaliers go into the Saginaw Valley outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Carman-Ainsworth held off Central (Bay City, MI), 74-25, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Flushing for a Flint Metro outing on Tuesday, January 10. Linden will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 46-43 non-league win over Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 5-2.
