The Westwood Rebels basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Ridge View Raptors to 34 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Sioux for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Westwood will meet a Falcons team coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Hull, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-4.

The Raptors (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA). The Tornadoes enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Storm Lake was routed by Pocahontas (Pocahontas, IA), 51-48, in a non-league contest.
