Ohio High School Basketball - Bellbrook knocked off by Carlisle
January 6, 2024: Carlisle, OH 45005 The Carlisle Indians basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Bellbrook Golden Eagles to 42 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison for a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye contest on Tuesday, January 9. Carlisle will meet a Mohawks team coming off a 53-47 non-league loss to Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH). The Mohawks record now stands at 2-7.
The Golden Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Badin (Hamilton, OH). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Badin was outscored by Chaminade Julienne Catholic (Dayton, OH), 68-49, in a league contest.
