Indiana High School Basketball - Clinton Prairie nudges Northwestern
January 6, 2024: Kokomo, IN 46901 Clinton Prairie Gophers (Frankfort, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN), 56-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clinton Prairie upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Gophers travel to Carroll (Flora, IN) to clash with the Cougars in a Hoosier Heartland bout on Friday, January 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Carroll won 60-57 in their recent league bout against Delphi Community (Delphi, IN)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) in a Hoosier - East bout, on Friday, January 12. Northwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
