The Eagles now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville for a 3A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Cossatot River will battle a Little Johns team coming off a 50-47 non-league win over Magazine (Magazine, AR). The Little Johns record now stands at 8-12.
The Hornets (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Horatio (Horatio, AR). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Horatio edged Foreman (Foreman, AR), 52-20, in a league battle.
