Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host DeLaSalle Islanders (Minneapolis, MN), 77-71 in a non-league test.

The Skippers (7-1) will now prepare for their test against St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record.
