Illinois High School Basketball - Simeon fells Ridgewood
January 6, 2024: Chicago, IL 60620 Simeon Wolverines (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL), 58-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Simeon upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Kenwood (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Broncos in a Chicago Public - Red South bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Kenwood won 85-55 in their recent non-league bout against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL)
Next up, the Rebels clash with the Timothy Christian Trojans (Elmhurst, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Ridgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 59-43 non-league win over Horizon (Winter Garden, FL).
