January 6, 2024: Decatur, IL 62526 In Saturday's non-league outing, the St. Anthony Bulldogs (Effingham, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL), by a margin of 66-26.
The Bulldogs (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against Neoga (Neoga, IL). The Indians go into the National Trail outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Neoga smashed Central A & M (Moweaqua, IL), 52-35, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Maroa-Forsyth for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 9. St. Teresa will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 56-54 non-league win over Calvary (Springfield, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 9-5.
