Washington High School Basketball - Kennewick nudges Richland
January 6, 2024: Kennewick, WA 99336 Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Richland Bombers (Richland, WA), 54-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kennewick upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Lions host Hanford (Richland, WA) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Hanford won 67-63 in their recent non-league bout against Southridge (Kennewick, WA)
Next up, the Bombers clash with the Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 64-40 non-league loss to Kennewick (Kennewick, WA).
