Ohio High School Basketball - New Philadelphia fells Zanesville
January 6, 2024: New Philadelphia, OH 44663 New Philadelphia Quakers (New Philadelphia, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Zanesville Blue Devils (Zanesville, OH), 46-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, New Philadelphia upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Quakers travel to Wooster (Wooster, OH) to clash with the Generals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Wooster won 40-37 in their recent non-league bout against Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH)
Next up, the Blue Devils clash with the Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Zanesville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
