Oklahoma High School Basketball - Pocola nips Ardmore
January 6, 2024: Ardmore, OK 73401 Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, OK), 73-72 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pocola upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Indians host Stigler (Stigler, OK) to play the Panthers in a Black Diamond bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Stigler won 34-23 in their recent non-league bout against Sallisaw (Sallisaw, OK)
Next up, the Tigers play the Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Ardmore will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Demons go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 49-39 non-league win over Elgin (Elgin, OK).
