The Herscher Tigers basketball team (Herscher, IL), was routed 64-28 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish (Kankakee, IL)

The Fightin' Irish now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 10.

The Tigers (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Blue Devils come into the Illinois Central 8 battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Peotone trounced Wilmington (Wilmington, IL), 57-23, in a league battle.
