January 6, 2024: Seminole, OK 74868 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Dover Longhorns (Dover, OK) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Varnum Whippets (Seminole, OK), by a margin of 72-43.
The Longhorns (15-0) will now prepare for their outing against Pond Creek-Hunter (Pond Creek, OK). The Panthers go into the Skeltur outing with a 8-3 record.
The Whippets now own a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Macomb for a Little River outing on Tuesday, January 9. Varnum will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 43-19 non-league loss to Wayne (Wayne, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 1-11.
