January 6, 2024: Morristown, NJ 07960 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kennedy Knights (Paterson, NJ) and the host Villa Walsh Academy Vikings (Morristown, NJ), saw Kennedy's basketball squad wallop Villa Walsh Academy by a tally of 60-37.
With the victory, Kennedy improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Passaic (Passaic, NJ) to play the Indians in a Big North - Liberty challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Passaic won 58-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ)
Next up, the Vikings play the Dover Tigers (Dover, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Villa Walsh Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 47-16 non-league loss to West Morris Central (Chester, NJ).
