The Meadow Bridge Wildcats basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Paden City Wildcats to 26 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montcalm for a Coalfield A contest on Thursday, January 11.

The Wildcats (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hundred (Hundred, WV). The Hornets enter the Mason-Dixon contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Hundred was defeated by Notre Dame (Clarksburg, WV), 37-23, in a league contest.
