Washington High School Basketball - Okanogan overwhelms Oroville
January 6, 2024: Okanogan, WA 98840 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Okanogan Bulldogs (Okanogan, WA) and the visiting Oroville Hornets (Oroville, WA), saw Okanogan's basketball squad wallop Oroville by a tally of 92-2.
With the victory, Okanogan improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Brewster (Brewster, WA) to confront the Bears in a 2B Central Washington challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Brewster won 68-7 in their recent league challenge against Manson (Manson, WA)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Liberty Bell Mountain Lions (Winthrop, WA) in a 2B Central Washington challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Oroville will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Mountain Lions come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 54-48 non-league loss to Quincy (Quincy, WA).
