January 6, 2024: Pittsburg, OK 74560 The Pittsburg Panthers basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Wilson Eagles to 30 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Savanna for a Pittsburg Eight contest on Tuesday, January 9. Pittsburg will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 86-36 non-league loss to Allen (Allen, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-5.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Walters (Walters, OK). The Blue Devils come into the Oilfield contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Walters dropped by Vanoss (Ada, OK), 42-34, in a non-league contest.
