The River Ridge/Scales Mound Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Potosi/Cassville to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Carroll for a Northwest Upstate Illini - West contest on Tuesday, January 9. River Ridge/Scales Mound will meet a Thunder team coming off a 74-29 league loss to Galena (Galena, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 4-13.

The (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI). The Timberwolves enter the Six Rivers - West contest with a 9-5 record.
