California High School Basketball - Oak Ridge can't hold off Sheldon

The Sheldon Huskies basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans to 51 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Huskies now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a contest on Monday, January 8. Sheldon will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-43 league win over Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-3.

The Trojans (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Thunder enter the contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Rocklin was nudged by Del Oro (Loomis, CA), 70-68, in a league contest.
