Minnesota High School Basketball - Madelia victorious over Edgerton
January 6, 2025: Madelia, MN 56062 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Madelia Blackhawks basketball team scored a good 93-79 triumph over the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen.
The Blackhawks (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against United South Central (Wells, MN). The Rebels go into the A Section 2 contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, United South Central was toppled by Randolph (Randolph, MN), 67-61, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Flying Dutchmen confront the Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Coyotes (Okabena, MN) in a A Section 3 contest, on Thursday, January 9. Edgerton will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Coyotes go into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 69-27 league loss to Murray County Central (Slayton, MN).
