With the victory, Family Christian advances its record to 11-6 on the year. The Flames host Port Allen (Port Allen, LA) to face the Pelicans in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Pelicans enter the match with a record of 3-9.
The Bears now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Port Barre for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. North Iberville will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 56-53 non-league win over David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-8.
