Oregon High School Basketball - La Grande overwhelms McLoughlin
January 6, 2025: La Grande, OR 97850 The La Grande Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting McLoughlin Pioneers to 21 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Tigers now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Vale for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. La Grande will confront a Vikings team coming off a 60-9 non-league win over Ontario (Ontario, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, McLoughlin falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Liberty Christian (Richland, WA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7.
