California High School Basketball - Orange bested by Magnolia
January 6, 2025: Orange, CA 92867 Magnolia Sentinels (Anaheim, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Orange Panthers (Orange, CA), 36-21 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Magnolia advances its record to 7-6 on the year. The Sentinels host Estancia (Costa Mesa, CA) to face the Eagles in a Freelance match on Friday, January 10. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-12. Estancia lost 53-23 in their recent league match against Savanna (Anaheim, CA)
The Panthers now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saddleback for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. Orange will face a Roadrunners squad coming off a 36-23 league win over Century (Santa Ana, CA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 5-10.
