The Pillager Huskies basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Aitkin Gobblers to 42 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wadena-Deer Creek for a AA Section 8 contest on Tuesday, January 11. Pillager will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 62-54 non-league loss to Staples-Motley (Staples, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-4.

The Gobblers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record.
