The Riverdale Falcons basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Arcadia Redskins to 35 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgemont for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 8. Riverdale will meet a Golden Gophers team coming off a 62-49 non-league loss to North Union (Richwood, OH). The Golden Gophers record now stands at 9-2.

The Redskins (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Crimson Streaks enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record.
