Utah High School Basketball - Copper Hills tops Corner Canyon

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT) and the host Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT), saw Copper Hills's basketball squad knock off Corner Canyon by a count of 76-63.

With the victory, Copper Hills upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host West Jordan (West Jordan, UT) to play the Jaguars in a 6A Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 14. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. West Jordan lost 85-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT)

Next up, the Chargers play the American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) in a 6A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 14. Corner Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Cavemen come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 59-56 league loss to Skyridge (Lehi, UT).
