The Pandora-Gilboa Rockets basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Van Buren Black Knights to 35 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ottoville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 8. Pandora-Gilboa will battle a Big Green team coming off a 58-50 non-league win over Minster (Minster, OH). The Big Green record now stands at 7-5.

The Black Knights (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH). The Polar Bears enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Hardin Northern ran past McComb (McComb, OH), 49-45, in a non-league contest.
