Texas High School Basketball - Cisco crushes Albany
January 7, 2022: Albany, TX 76430 Cisco Loboes (Cisco, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Albany Lions (Albany, TX), 62-21 in a league bout.
With the win, Cisco upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Loboes host Hawley (Hawley, TX) to face the Bearcats in a 2A Region II District 10 game on Tuesday, January 11. The Bearcats enter the game with a record of 8-11. Hawley won 37-29 in their recent league game against Hamlin (Hamlin, TX)
With the defeat, Albany moves to 2-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Anson (Anson, TX) to face the Tigers in a 2A Region II District 10 game on Tuesday, January 11. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 15-6. Anson won 48-33 in their recent league game against Haskell (Haskell, TX)
