Wyoming High School Basketball - St. Stephens overwhelmed by Southeast
January 7, 2022: Yoder, WY 82244 The Southeast Cyclones basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting St. Stephens Eagles to 22 in the Cyclones league victory on Friday.
The Cyclones now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lingle-Fort Laramie for a 1A Southeast contest on Thursday, January 13. Southeast will battle a Doggers team coming off a 69-18 league win over Guernsey-Sunrise (Guernsey, WY). The Doggers record now stands at 5-4.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Pine Bluffs was routed by Denver Christian (Denver, CO), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
