New Jersey High School Basketball - Absegami overwhelms Cedar Creek
January 7, 2023: Galloway, NJ 08205 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) and the visiting Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ), saw Absegami's basketball squad wallop Cedar Creek by a tally of 63-35.
With the victory, Absegami improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Braves host Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NJ) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 4-6.
Next up, the Pirates play the Atlantic City Vikings (Atlantic City, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic - National challenge, on Monday, January 9. Cedar Creek will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 77-30 non-league loss to Linden (Linden, NJ).
