Minnesota High School Basketball - Plainview-Elgin-Millville trounces Breck
January 7, 2023: Elgin, MN 55964 The Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs (Elgin, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Breck Mustangs (Minneapolis, MN), 82-57 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Caledonia (Caledonia, MN). The Warriors go into the AA Section 1 test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Caledonia was trounced by Lake City (Lake City, MN), 64-44, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Family Catholic for a AA Section 5 test on Tuesday, January 10. Breck will encounter a Fire squad coming off a 86-47 league win over Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN). The Fire record now stands at 6-1.
