Kentucky High School Basketball - Cairo trounced by Murray
January 7, 2023: Murray, KY 42071 The Murray Tigers routed the visiting Cairo Pilots basketball team by a final score of 83-38 in Saturday's non-league game.
The Tigers now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christian Fellowship for a District 4 battle on Friday, January 20.
The Pilots (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Marion (Marion, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Marion was overwhelmed by Cahokia (Cahokia, IL), 53-44, in a league battle.
