Ohio High School Basketball - Woodward tipped by Dexter
January 7, 2023: Toledo, OH 43608 The Dexter Dreadnaughts basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Woodward Polar Bears to 40 in the Dreadnaughts non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Dreadnaughts now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saline for a Southeastern - Red contest on Tuesday, January 10. Dexter will meet a Hornets team coming off a 69-61 non-league win over Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.
The Polar Bears (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Scott (Toledo, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Toledo City contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Scott was nudged by Start (Toledo, OH), 51-41, in a league contest.
