Virginia High School Basketball - Victory Christian Academy nips Great Hope Baptist
January 7, 2023: Richmond, VA 23227 Victory Christian Academy Knights (Richmond, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Great Hope Baptist (Chesapeake, VA), 52-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Victory Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season.
Next up, the play the Victory Christian Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Great Hope Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 65-48 non-league loss to Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC).
